Intel i3 1115G4 vs i5 1135G7 (Laptop CPU's)

Currently looking to buy a new laptop and unsure of which CPU to go for. Granted the i3 laptop is cheaper but can spend more if worth it on the i5.

i3 is the i3-1115G4
i5 is the i5-1135G7

Any opinions on the real world performance between the two?

Mostly used for admin work, Web browsing and playing Spotify although will often be used for light photoshop work once or twice a week too.
