Hi Folks,

So I ended up with an Intel i3 2100, and figured I'd like to replace my Pi/Kodi setup with something a bit more substantial.

So, any recommendations for a small case (needs to be less than 30cm wide / 15cm high. That said, I can coax a larger case in the location (somehow), but am having trouble finding a Mini-ITX case (LGA 1155) with HDMI, so any suggestions for HTPC goodness with this chip would be great.

Thanks!

You mean mITX board with hdmi... About all the ISK cases are fairly small, but you can get a GPU in a SG05, it is like a inch taller & narrower...

H61 ITX paste that into the popular auction site and you'll soon find the motherboards.

H61 motherboards are now out of production and have been for some years now, anything left is old stock or second hand.

The ITX boards command a premium becuase some people still want them, the m-ATX boards on the other hand are less sought after and command lower prices.
It may be worth considering that route instead.

Thanks for the info.

So I could potentially go for:
H61TN Intel H61 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Thin ITX Motherboard
Intel i3 2100 CPU
Akasa AK-CC7118HP01 K25 Low Profile Intel Cooler
4GB Corsair Value Select DDR3 SO-DIMM PC3-12800 (1600) 204 Pin
SilverStone Petit PT13B
60GB SSD (have one already lying about)

If that would work, what power source would suit, a PicoPSU, or is that slightly underpowered for that system?

EDIT checking extreme calculator, the power draw would be around 100W, the PicoPSU giving up to 120W, so should be okay?
