Intel i3 6100 3.7ghz

Only a few parts left to buy for my PC build, Im just wanting to know if the i3 6100 3.7ghz will do the job for now to play Football manager, Arma and iracing

That processor will not be a problem - the critical decision will be the graphics card you decide to install. You are going to install a graphics card and not use the on-board offering I hope?

You should also look at a decent power supply if you are going to be using a dedicated GPU

Im now going for the i5 6600 bundle and will be buying the xfx radeon r9 graphics card, Thanks for your help

Still debating and learning what will be best for my build, Ive heard the i5 4690 is a brilliant card

Why not go to a newer CPU so it will last longer

I wasnt to sure on if its a massive difference between the 4690 and 6600 as im not a computer whiz so need a few opinions

Arma needs as much clockspeed as possible. Get a k CPU and overclock.

Ahhh i see so maybe the 6600k bundle will be best bet for me

4690k will be cheaper than the 6600k,but is also older tech. I imagine either would be a solid choice.

As already mentioned, don't forget a decent psu.
