Intel I5 2500

Just wondering is there a considerable enough difference between this:

I'm not going to be buying either any time soon and might even be waiting till the ivy bridge comes out but just wondering if there is much of a difference between them or are they the same apart from the clock speed?

2550K has no IGP and no QuickSync.

The i5 2500K has,

Built-in IGP so you get Lucid Virtu and Quicksync with a Z68 board also a GFX solution to use if you have a graphic card problem, its also a Retail box so includes a heatsink.

the i5 2550K is just 100Mhz faster, no IGP and just a chip in a plain box.

2550K is a 2500K with a defective igpu. Get the 2500K.
