intel i5 3330 ? how can i do this i need the clock to be max speed all the time for a certain game
when i play the game the processor goes to 1.6 gtz - 3 ghtz frequently i neeed it to stay at 3 ghtz all the time i understand this might ware out my computer Iv turned speed steed off cant find eist option or c1 settings
I also understand this cpu cant be overclocked least i can do is run it at max settings ... full speed all the time even in idle mode

It's normal for CPU to lower its clocks if load is light.
So is that game actually demanding (and Windows power management is bugging) or just so light that CPU is getting "bored to death" and starts dozing?

Another possiblity would be cooling failure causing throttling because of high temps.

Yes its a 2d game called legend of mir 3 but the run speed ingame is due to the ghtz(clock speed) its i bought the pc intentionally for this game...and i cant play it cause im 2 slow When it runs at 1.6 ghtz me = death

High Performance Power Plan in Windows settings should keep clocks high.
Clock speed limits are actually configurable.
Processor power management > Minimum processor state
