Hi everyone,
thank you in advance to anyone who can help here on behalf of my son who needs some improvements to his rather limited pc graphics wise:

Intel PC i5 main board/ mid sized case (not a gaming case)
Standard PS - 600 watts
Needs a better graphics card to play 'Arc Survival Warriors'.

So, the Q is:
which compact graphics card which does not use an external power supply can he use? The game makers say minimum of GTX 1050 6gb but this needs extra power from the psu and it ain't got that.
We bought a GTX1070 but it won't fit our machine!!!

We don't want to go whole hog into gaming PC land here - I'm just a Dad trying to help his son and neither of us knows much about PC's as such - not that technical on these machines (we're not lacking intelligence btw!)

Any help would be much appreciated - trying to keep costs down though so external boxes for the gpu is going a bit steep really for the amount he will play on it.

The 600w psu doesn't have any 6/8 pin pcie connectors?

The Gpu is to long?

Would probably be best buying a new case and psu if that's the case as I wouldn't trust a psu that didn't even have 1 6/8 pin pcie lead. If it's a dell pre build system it may have a custom motherboard so would need to check before buying anything.
