If you have the budget then I would go with the 4690k - this has a slight speed boost and and is the latest cpu, at the moment this is cheaper than the 4670k cpu.
 
100mhz and £12 cheaper in favour of the 4690k. Supposedly the 4690k has better tim but it doesn't seem to make that much difference. There is absolutely no reason to buy a 4670k over a 4690k especially when the latter is cheaper.
