Hello guys,
Yeah I know, it's an oldie but a goodie and suits my gaming needs right now. However, I have recently been experiencing crashes during gaming and I am pretty sure it may be heat related.
While having a look around at my BIOS setting in my Gigabyte z87x-uhd4 i noticed that the CPU vcore is set to 1.379. This is not a value I have set but one which is at "auto" but does this seen too high?
I do not overclock and the majority of my BIOS settings are set to auto with the exception of disabling iGFX and sound etc.
Any help and advise appreciated. I'm sure I could optimise a lot of settings in the BIOS.
Rest of the system is:
Gigabyte 1070
Team Vulcan 32GIG 1600
I mostly play The Division Last Stand at the moment and get 100fps+ at 1440p
