I was wonder if i can have some help over clocking my system at stable point 4.4ghz or 4.5ghz the following specs i have are

1000 watt psu
32gb ram
Gtx 970 4gb ddr5
Mother bored, gigabyte x79-u4 socket LGA 2011
Cpu, Core i7 4930k
Cooler, be quiet! DARK ROCK 3 SilentWings CPU Cooler 190W TDP

The chip is not soldered to the mother bored? What!!! And yes it is a ivy bridge chip

I did hours of research before I posted here and half of it it's backwards or people have no clue what they are talking ....just figured since this was a overclocking and hardware site someone should have a idea
