intel i7 920 D0 temps

hi there, i recently got an overclocked computer from OCUK and my temps were reading 50c-55c on idle and 70-80 on load. are these temps safe?

Specs:
Intel i7 920 4.00ghz
6gb corsair dominator ddr3 ram
nvidia gtx 295
titan fenrir cpu cooler

my room temp is pretty high thats why the idles are a bit higher. thanks for letting me know

its using prime95

i ran prime95 again and now my temps are going to 87-88c. can this be because the thermal paste needs 200 hours to work properly?
