ive just noticed the 920 retail is no longer listed. is this the end of the line for 920's , be they retail or OEM, at ocuk?.

Really cheap for such an awesome chip.

I would guess they've sold out of those. They're EOL and probably can't get any more in, I could be wrong with that since they might find some somewhere ;)

I will keep on looking at and running 920 deals as long as there is a demand for them. At the moment there is a very strong demand and the part is selling very well for us.

The 930 is replacing the 920 but when deals pop up like this you might as well get the 920.

I just thought intel would be bringing out something newer, as amd have.
I still have the i7 c/o clocked @ 3.9. seeing how the D/O clocks better.
Would you see much difference clocking from 3.9 to 4.2 games wise with the d/o ?

as 3.9 was a nice clock with low temp and volts. any higher it needs to much volts = far to much heat. not worth it changing over ?

Seriously if anyone is thinking upgrading their current 775 set up, NOW IS THE TIME!! This chip at this price is an absolute steal. I've got two of these bad boys and they are without doubt the best CPUs I've ever bought :D
