So all my parts are on their way for my new gaming system, cheers OcUK :D I do have a concern though, my case is an Antec 900-2:

I'm looking to get a good cpu cooler for my I7 but a lot of people have complained about the noctua being very large so they had to take their side fan off the case, I don't want to run into this problem I want to be able to use every fan available to me. I was going to go for the Coolermaster V8 and I heard that barely fits into an Antec 1200 which is bigger again so that's a no go.

I have been looking at the Akasa 967:

Does this fit okay into an Antec 900-2? If it doesn't I'm considering selling the case and getting a Coolermaster RC Cosmos or an Antec 1200 as people seem to be able to fit most things into these cases. If anybody has any solutions or advice please let me know, thanks a lot.

Kyle.

I have the 1200 Case and the Noctua fitted. Really good cooler. Not got a side fan fitted but dont need it. But it would fit I think, just.

i have a antec 1200 and a noctua on the side of case, but you need to use a dremel on it to get it to fit if your using the thermalright true or noctua heatsink:)

I agree, Noctua SE1366 is definetely the best i7 cooler at the mo. Me and my mate had no problems with one in an Antec 300 so you should have any in a nice big case like a 900-2!
