Intel liquid cooling vs phanteks?

The Phanteks is better, the Intel water cooler is also limited in its use for Intel sockets (so if you sold it on then it could limit its desire)

Th main problem with that Intel cooler is it has a thin radiator unlike the Kuhler920/H80 or the H100 which has a long (240mm) thin radiator.

So ultimately high end air (Phanteks, Silver arrow, NHD14 etc) will always be better than these closed loop water coolers.
