Intel mobile chips

I have the Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family on my Sony Vaio

I have just updated the graphics drivers sucessfully but noticed another page for updating chipset software...

I can see 4 options there, but the top three all seem to be in my chipset "915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family"

Which one do i need?

your chipset isn't the whole 'family'. it can only be one of them. that's like saying my graphics card is a x800gto/xl/xt/xtpe family card. it isn't. it's just a gto.

you need to idenify exactly what chipset your laptop has....

hehe. that's not too helpful.... howabout the sony website? check the specs of your laptop there. it might even identify your exact laptop if you supply your serial number?

Check CPU-z under the motherboard tab.

CPU-z can be downloaded from here.

Just download the drivers from that link you provided earlier. They are the same for each chip and the installer will check anyway.
