Intel motherboard any good?

Any bad things to say about this board?

I don't want to overclock, I want stability more than anything.

It seems to tick all the right boxes for features...

Unless I'm mistaken it doesn't have as many USB ports and doesn't have a F/W conntection... otherwise it looks ace
