Hi Guys

I bought an Intel NUC 12 Extreme system about a year ago and I've only just got around to buying a graphics card, according to Intel and doing various searches it comes back with max wattage of card can be 350 Watt with a length of about 30cm.

Problem is i'm having trouble finding something decent that will fit in wattage wise as all the cards I've looked at are wayyy over 350 Watts.

Can anyone suggest any decent cards, I want to ideally have something at least 3070 wise with a budget of about £600-700, I'd prefer the 3 fan size.

I've tried looking on the official Intel NUC site but they have taken all the details off it.

Photo for attention.

Going by this video you can fit a RTX 3080FE so as long as you are within the spec of this GPU you should be fine.

Was going to suggest a RTX 4070 super but not sure about room for the 16 pin cable.

I have a 4070, it's dinky compared to most GPUs these days. About half the size and weight of the 2070 it replaced! Not sure if the super is much higher or not.

The main problem could be the 16 pin cable, it's going to have a severe bend near the connector.

Also, it looks like it can only fit a 2 slot card, if the cooler is anything over that then the side panel may not fit.

EDIT

Seems some sftermarket 4070's use a standard 8 pin so that would help, as long it is a 2 slot cooler.
