Intel Nuc i5

I am looking at buying one of these NUC units adding a 250GB SSD and 8gb,s of RAM, it will run Linux and will only be used for Web browsing, e-mails and some spreadsheet work.
As I no longer do any gaming I am retiring my rig and selling it.
Will this unit be sufficient.

For light browsing and office work, and i5 seems slightly overkill. I'd go i3 And potentially beef up elsewhere, like a nicer monitor, keyboard mouse, etc.
