So the sound from an intel nuc is horrendous (it has no onboard) so I decided to link up my tried and trusted USB xfi device (The little black box one), I know that this works fine as have tested it on a different pc.
So my issue:
Drivers seem to install fine and it lists under the device manager fine.
However the xfi box keeps on blinking and under the sound properties it basically keeps on appearing and disappearing constantly. There is no way to get sound from it at all.
Its as if windows 10 appears to be in a state of flux and cant figure out what to make of the device at all. I would say this was driver related, but surely if the drivers were messed up it would flag errors in DM?
