Was reading this on Anandtech and was pretty disappointed with what's on offer.
Like many I find the 10th gen CPU names confusing so checked out the i7 (10710u) on Intel ark. Disappointed to see it's 14nm with the same ancient graphics technology we've had in NUCs for years now.
I know these aren't pitted as gaming machines, but on my old NUC5i5 I would occasionally run some titles. It'd be nice of Intel to move with times, 6 core 12 thread is great but... 10nm with the vastly improved GPU would be better.
Anyone thinking positively about these machines? Feel like they've not really been going anywhere for the last few releases.
Edit: Realise immediately that it's comet lake CPU, frost canyon platform!
