intel or amd?

hi guys i have a amd sempron @ 2.0ghz and in my other pc a intel celeron @ 2.53ghz now i also have 2gb of ram and i 128 gfx card in the amd pc and 512mb of ram and on board (lol i know) gfx in the intel pc.

now i want the best pc i can get as i use it for everything from making game map's to 3d modleing playing games and the net so any thorts on what cpu i shoud use and witch one i can give to my bro?

Will still be faster, especially if the celeron is a northwood

take all the fans out and use it as a combination foot rest and heater after u OC it to get some heat threw
