Quad i'd go for, they're almost the same price as the dualcore ones.

Aren't the penryn 45nm due out q4/q1 08? I think I'll be sticking with my e6600 until I can get one of the new penryn cores at the same price I paid for this. With AMD launching the brisbane quad core later this year, I think that 2008 may be the year that quad core starts to become mainstream.

brisbane is already out, its 65nm revision of the older windsor cores, barcelona is the quad core out later this year, AMDs K8L core or there answer to intels 'core' architecture
