Just installing drivers etc for my new gigabyte board and the installation disk wants me to install Intel(R) Management Engine Software for HECI. It says I "MUST" install it but I never install anything unless I know what it is, particularly chipset drivers (apart from INF and RST of course!)
I have tried to find out what the hell this is but I can't find much info on it. Do I actually need to install it and what does it do?
