Intel RST - Can't install?

Hi all

I'm trying to install v10.6.0.1022 (the latest) of Intel's RST. I have a slight problem in that nothing happens. I've tried compatibility mode, run as Admin, nothing. If I set it to run with Visual effects disabled, my aero theme disables itself... then nothing... bit more of nothing... then it pops back on. But nothing has installed.

Nothing in Add/Remove Programs, or anything I can see that would run from Intel.

Any ideas? I've checked that I'm running in AHCI mode in the BIOS. I'm using Windows 7 64bit.

Download the non-executable driver only package and install it manually via device manager (using iaAHCI.inf). That is unless you need the RST storage device GUI, although can't say I ever have.

Cheers hohum, I see what you mean. I downloaded the Floppy F6 variant and did it through device manager. Worked a treat.
