Intel Socket 1150 Motherboard replacement?

After fairly extensive troubleshooting I'm pretty certain my GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK motherboard is the faulty component in my PC and needs a replacement. However the Intel Core i7-4790K processor I have uses a 1150 socket which seems to largely have been discontinued as a type of socket on more recent motherboards. Are there any official retailers still selling motherboards that would be a suitable fit for this processor, as I'd hope to not have to replace the processor too? Or alternatively, good motherboards to look for via second hand retailers?

The case is a NZXT Phantom 530.

Thanks :).

If its the mobo that needs replaced, I think you may be struggling to get anything new, other than H81 chipsets. Second hand you might have more choice, and there may be a cheap second hand system that can be scavenged somewhere on the internets...

You are going to be restricted to whatever you can pick up second hand on the likes of Ebay now. The problem you then have is that decent Z87/Z97 motherboards are going for silly prices that can be much more than they cost when new.

Doesn't seem like much fun buying overpriced & secondhand, will have a look around though. I suppose I might save myself a potential headache of having the same issue with incompability in the future if I just get a new motherboard & processor & sell my current processor second-hand.
