Why is the tool displaying that my E2180 is running at 1.2Ghz when it should be 2Ghz? I did have it running at 3.2Ghz and noticed that was showing different speeds too, it crashed too much at 3.2Ghz though.
 
look in your bios, since i never seen a gigabyte board bios before thats all the advise i can give for now. it maybe under cpu features or some other similarly named menu
 
Mine was crashing a lot and when I tried a 3dmark test it locked up. Disabled the speedstep and upped my voltage a tiny bit on the cpu and it ran a 3dmark at 3.2Ghz. I need to test it out more tonight, will probably prime it or run super pi.
