4770k sounds a more reasonable approach for your needs, the 4930k is a big chunk of money for not much gain.

Its only worth it if your willing to use it and have the cooling necessary to use it, definitely a 360 rad and 1.7v should do the trick

I will be going 2011 as I will be running tri sli, and yes the system will be going under a full custom water loop but there is no way I would ever run at 1.7v.
