i am having this error message appear at the bios post menu. the actual message is "Intel CPU uCode Loading Error" "press F1 to continue" now i have been trying to find a solution to this problem and they say to update the BIOS.
now this is where the real problem comes up although i am experiencing no technical glitches while running my machine how do i update the BIOS using windows vista 32bit????
my spec is as follows::
cpu> Intel pentium D 2.40ghz Dual core
mobo> Asus P5VD1-X
Ram> 1.5g Geil DDR400 3200 Dual channel
GPU> Geforce 7600gs
and OS windows vista ultimate 32-bit
any help will be great guys its just abit annoying seeing an error message each time i boot up coz i dont like error messages =( ty luke
