I prefer AMD myself, (have an intel because it was cheap :D )
many people are trying to convince me that intel are better

RUBBISH!!!! or are they talking sence?
 
Sorry but was looking for a thread that could be made after people have compared their ocercloxked SB's. That's why I made a new thread. Looks like intel win...
 
Got a point about the sockets. Wish intel where slot more backward compatible

And ok,..... Let's leave it at that.... If we have too :)

What he probably means is that a quad core from AMD has 4 cores, a Quad core from intel might have 2 cores with HYPERTHREADING. this means that the OS sees a quad (i3 and some i5 < I think, don't quote me)
