Intel WiDi on a self built desktop pc?

hi, i tried searching but couldnt find anything, was wondering if it was possible to run intel widi on a homemade desktop pc?

i have a widi enabled i3 intel with HD 4000 and an intel centrino n 1000 wifi

is the widi feature only for laptop that came with it already installed?

I'll answer my own question, yes it works I managed to get it working
