Intel Wlan wireless card 5300 help

Hi All can anyone tell me if the WLAN Wireless card 5300 works with the Dell D630 as i can,t find any info saying it works or not ? anyone using one or know if they work ?

I think the cards themselves are basically universal.

I brought a atheros ar5008x for my dell xps m1710 a few years back and all i had to do was replace 2 or 3 wires and job done.

i put the dells wireless card into a netbook
