Intel X25-M v samsung f3 1tb raid

Hi
Could any one tell me if the Intel X25-M Mainstream 80GB will be faster than a samsung f3 1tb raid 0 setup ?

cant find any benches comparing the two.

Faster at doing what? Boot times a RAID 0 setup will always be slower as you wait for the RAID array to kick in.

As an operating system drive an SSD will allways beat a mechanical HD even in raid.
