Intel work a bit differently to the other vendors just to confuse you. :p The other guys list the maximum transfer speed whereas Intel show Sustained speed instead.

Wish we could. They're in major shortages.
 
They were available for a very limited amount of time. Kingston have EOL'd the product though due to shortages and have other products in the pipeline.

All of their other products will be going up in price shortly too.
