Intel Xeon & AMD Opteron.

They're pretty much the same as the desktop variants aside from one or two enabled/disabled features, Xeon's have ECC memory support and Socket 2011 Xeon platform has 8 cores which are not available on the desktop yet.
 
Running a Xeon 1230 V2 with GTX 670 4GB, it's a beast for gaming, you can't overclock but @ stock VS stock the Xeon gives i7 perfomance for i5 price, ideal for those who don't overclock. Runs very cool aswell (No igpu).
