Intel Xeon Processor 5130

Hi can someone tell me if the Intel Xeon Processor 5130 is any good and what socket it is.

Will it be ok on an Elitegroup RS400-A mobo? or will i have to upgrade? maybe spec me one or tell me what i should be looking out for?

oh and how much it it worth cos my brother might sell me one for 20quid

hi thanks for you quick reply, whats the difference between a server version and a normal one? oh and is it better than an Intel Pentium 4 650 because thats the one i have right now..

umm i have 2gb of ddr2 do ocuk do lga771? cos i cant find any

i dunno what my brothers using il, ask him if i see him later today.

whats the 5130 roughly equal to like in terms of performance compared to the AMD ones?

ok so i can get my hands on a Intel S5000XAL Server Board from somewhere which i cannot name because of forum rules! but it says:

Graphics Controller ATI ES1000
Video Memory DDR SDRAM

So does that mean that i can only put some ancient agp ddr1 relic in because i have a ati 5770 that i really want to try out :l

ahh maaan so xeon is definitely a nono? even if it can run 2 CPUs at the same time and use ddr2 ram?
