Intel Z390 ITX Mainboard with a 16x AND(!) 1x PCI-E

As title - I'm looking for an intel ITX board that supports 9900k but also has 1 small additional pci-e 1x slot - I've seen a few other ITX boards having this and I'd need something like that - do any exist ?

It's mini-DTX that has two slots. Those get listed with the micro-atx boards usually.

I haven't seen any mITX with more than one slot.

Late to this thread, but you can get a M.2 to PCI-E slot adapter. There's a 2242 M.2 with a ribbon cable on it, with a PCI-E 1x slot on the end. Most miniITX boards have a M.2 on the back, or a M.2 for wifi on the front. Easy to convert.
