Does anyone on here use this tool? It was created by the same developer of DDU.
I decided to try it out for a game like GTA IV (which runs pretty dog even on decent hardware), and to my surprise it made a big difference
You will need to make sure the timer resolutions are an exact match as below for the best experience.
