Well they are on sale in china for $90 so maybe £70 here?
this will be my next CPU.

There are loads of people out there with a 775 mobo who have not got the cash for a i7 system.
And IF OCUK gets\sells at the right price I can see this CPU flying out the door.

Its done 4.5GHZ on air so it would be a good upgrade for my E6300@ 3GHZ

Till I save enough for a i5\i7 system.

They have'nt even got the E6300 yet!! Slow off the mark this time.

I hope thier buyer comes in here now and then. I may well have to get it from china.

they are not being sold in europe unless some dodgy distie grey imports some.

Nothing dodgy about grey imports I got my GTX for under half price by getting from china.
And there is a well know sounds shop that most of there stuff is Grey imports.

If you mean the E6500K then no European or US retailer will touch them Intel won't honour any warranty claims made outwith the market the product was sold for. Also Intel will likely warn big EU and US (r)etailers against grey imports.

If it's the E6300 then I'm not sure why OcUK don't have them as everyone else does. Send them a webnote and ask?

I have seen the E6300 2.8 on sale in the UK but its the E6500K I am after.

I would love to know how long it would last at 1.8v
but I know by looking around the net it goes to 4-4.5GHZ on air.

But it looks like OCUK won't be getting any
