Interent bandwidth monitor?

we have a 10mb optical line here and its painfully slow. i suspect that someone is using all the bandwidth with large downloads or playing a radio station or tv channel. is there anyway i can what computer is using up the bandwidth?

View/enable the logs on the router/firewall, I'm assuming it's a business network so the hardware should be half decent and be able to produce full logs. Also you could try enabling the QoS with only http/email etc allowed and see if that makes a difference.

unplug the computers one by one until the network speeds up

You can use DU Meter to see how much bandwidth the pc it's on is using but that's all I know.
