Hi,
Using rig in sig, but with 2x150GB Raptors, and 1x250GB Samsung SATAII.
On bootup i get a 20sec pause with no hard drive activity (during the windows kitt-car screen
) where the across screen thing still works.
I thought this was due to a slow Sammy as boot drive, but having popped the striped Raptors on there its the same with them as boot drive too.
I've used one of those bits of software that analyse and optimise the bootup process and that made no difference.
It doesnt bother me that much as its only boot-up that it affects - still, it would be nice to be able to fix it if possible though.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
