I have a 7990 running. But I also have a 7950 in the cupboard which makes me wonder...

Can you crossfire any model of card in the 7900 series?

The reason i ask this is because on Speccy the 7990 is described as:

Which is exactly what my old 7950 was shown as.

I haven't tried it myself because i know my power supply has nothing left.

You can indeed crossfire a 7990 and a 7950/7970/7870XT, assuming your motherboard and power supply are up to the job.
