I was testing parental controls on a test account in Vista. I found some very curious results. You can even try it yourself, see if it is just my machine
I was able to browse overclockers on the test account with no problem. I was able to type replies without any problem. However, when it came to posting, I would get a message saying Parental Controls have blocked this website? Strange. I hit the back key and tried again. This time I got a message from overclockers telling me I have tried to post a duplicate post? So I reply to another post, get the same vista banned message, this time I hit back twice, refresh the thread, and hey presto there is my post.
So what's the point in telling me the webpage is banned, yet letting the post go through anyway, especially when I am able to browse the site anyway. Try it, its puzzling me to why its doing it.
