Interference on Phanteks speakers

Ive got the speakers below connected to the sound output on the motherboard. Theres a constant crackle when they are switched on. I tried adding ferrite chokes to the cable but has made no difference. any Ideas?

well i randomly located the source. i have a 2nd NIC card installed which is connected to a retro windows 98 PC, i put my hand on the windows 98 PC and the interference dropped by half, i unplugged the LAN cable from the windows 98 PC and the interference is now gone.

Oh wow so internet cable was the source of the interference?

Technically not internet, a LAN cable linking two pcs to transfer files. as i dont want the windows 98 pc directly to the internet, or something in the windows 98 pc, but it wasnt even on
