Interference with my Arcam amp + MA S6's.

Hi all,

I have just noticed I am getting interference with my hifi setup. I can hear the radio when I have the volume over 25%. Any idea's what could be causing this?

Arcam A75+ amp
Monitor Audio S6 speakers

Any help would be appreciated.
 
What else is it connected to? And does it happen just with the amp on and whatever the source is (cd player, pc etc) switched off?
 
It's only plugged into the PC at the moment. I just turned everything off at the plug except for the amp and it still does it :( :confused:

It must be the amp then? What on earth is causing it?!
 
Do you have long straight runs of speaker wire? It could be acting as an aerial maybe. I'm just guessing though really.
 
I will check this out tomorrow. The speaker wire is about 5 meters long and is muddled with a few other cables so I will sort it out tomorrow.

Any other idea's what could be causing this?!
