interference

Hey guys, another problem.......what would cause interference in a pc to the tv aerial and picture?

figured out that my pc is causing itv to have a bad picture with lines running through it diagonally.

anyway of blocking out the interference?

its not even my tv getting the interference its my parents which is downstairs to the front of the house, i'm upstairs at the back of the house. and then the aerial is in the loft at the front of the house. so neither the aerial or affected tv are near by.
i'm wondering whether the aerial is strong enough or something. just seems weird how it effects the picture so much but only on itv.

they can think again if they want rid of my pc
