Sorry if this sounds really daft but since I don't know the answer:
Motherboards designed to work with Ivy and the like, which "support" intergrated graphics and have the DVI, VGA ports etc. Do they need a CPU with Intergated graphics to work or is there a seperate graphics chip on the motherboard?
This is for a build for someone at work, it needs to be a cheap setup, I am thinking this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-078-AK
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-384-IN
I don't want to buy a discrete card as its just for office work.
