intermittent pop-up?

hi

i keep getting a popup every 30 minutes or so of a new internet page in firefox. it's quite the annoyance tbh, i've run avg and spybot and tried to rid it ... any other suggestions?

Hijackthis would be my next port of call if you search it in google it will pop up.

Also you will find a link to a page that will auto analyse your results and give you an opinion on what is running on your system.
