internal aerials

hi
ive been looking at the internal aerials that you plug in to the mains for a boost. the problem ive got is i have no external aerial and if i decide to dump virgin and go back to the 5 channels with a freeview box i wont get a picture.

so has anyone got one and are they any good. ive seen them for £16 pounds

i think its an aerial with a booster which plugs into the mains i think ( didnt really have that good a look at it ) . ive also got freeview usb stick with a pathetic aerial which woudnt pick up flu . i could try it in that but its a bit of a waste of dosh if its rubish.
