Do OCUK sell these?

How exactly do you connect them to the motherboard? Do they have a special lead, or is there simply a cable that can go from the internal reader to a USB socket?

Yes OCUK do sell them.
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Card_Readers.html

I got the Xpro 3.5" Internal Card Reader - Silver (MY-002-XP)

They connect to the motherboard USB header you have two leads coming from the reader, 1 for reader and 1 for the front USB port on the reader.
Both leads have 4 plugs that fit on the header pins.

VCC-Data1- Data1+ Ground, same for other lead.
With it being USB2 it's a lot faster than my old reader.

I got a black one of these. Easy to fit, does the job well, useful for my camera and my phone both of wich use the SD/MMC slot

Without wanting to take over, does anyone know about the crucial external reader on ocuk? The image doesnt seem to match, and it doesn't list the supported flash card types...
I'm looking for an external one that supports CF I and CF II
Anyone got any opinions on belkin card readers?

Thanks for the help.

Picked one up and installed it with ease. Works like a charm.

No "device not recognised" rubbish like with the external one.

Can you tell me if the green power on light stays on when you turn the computer off as mine dose. looks like it's still getting power to it some how?
