Internal desktop front usb/audio cable

Good afternoon all,



I'm having issues finding a spare part for my old Medion Erazer x5716. I'm looking for the front usb/audio cables, but can't find it anywhere.



And here are photos of the parts I need to replace:

Been a catastrophe after I spilt beer, which has done over the MB, so thought I'd get it up to scratch while I'm at it. Does anyone have any ideas where I can find this?

That's probably some generic I/O panel and might be available from web.
Anyway you can update latest ports into case with 5.25" bays.
There are lots of connector panels fitting into those.

Ahh, silly me. Link removed. I wouldn't mind updating the ports, but the problem is fitting it into the case... unless I'm missing something obvious.

Turning cases disposable is no doubt big reason why fashion marketing has been pushing 5.25" bayless cases.
But that PC is old enough to be from time before that.
5.25" bays are behind mesh door basing to X5716 D pics.
