I need some help....
Our Active directory is on it's way out at work.... I've tried to save it with no luck....
We have three AD servers and PC's are struggling to get DNS lookups and domain authentications....
Basically, the AD container was left clutterd and degraid by a collegue....
Adding a brand new server to the mix has not helped....
The servers take days to sucessfully replicate info between them...
What I'm after is to set our linux server up as an internal DNS server thats stand alone from the Active Directory...
Only problem is I've never done this under linux....
I believe I use bind?????
if so, how do I set it up?
Thanks
